MiroStyle AI Chat ("we", "our", or "us") provides AI-powered customer service chatbot solutions for Shopify merchants. When you install and use our App, we may collect the following types of information:

• Store Information: Your Shopify store name, domain, and store ID, which are provided by Shopify during app installation.
• Product & Collection Data: Product information, collection data, and store content that you choose to sync for AI training purposes.
• Customer Interactions: Chat messages exchanged between your customers and the AI chatbot, including conversation history and feedback.
• Usage Data: Analytics and usage statistics related to how you and your customers interact with the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our AI chatbot service.
• To train and improve our AI models for more accurate responses.

7. Shopify API Data Access

Our App accesses Shopify store data through the Shopify Admin API. We only access the data scopes that you explicitly authorize during app installation. These scopes include product, collection, and store content data necessary for the AI chatbot functionality. We do not access or store your customers' personal payment information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
